What’s this “Smart Decisions” blog about?
If you have looked at the “Foundations” and “Our Approach” sections of our website, you will have a good idea how we think about personal wealth management and financial planning.
Our advice to clients is specific to their circumstances. However, there are some general ways of thinking about the myriad of financial decisions that we believe would benefit a much broader audience. So this blog is essentially about applying the “Foundations” to typical financial questions people have.
The aim of the blog is not to provide advice, but rather to explain how you may want to look at particular issues and to provide you with some food for thought. In some cases, these views may not sit well with some well entrenched notions. Hopefully, they will help you to improve your framework for making financial decisions.
Should you have a particular financial planning issue you would like our thoughts on, please e-mail us at enquiries@wealthfoundations.com.au. If we think it is likely to be of general interest we may post a response on this blog. However, we will not provide any specific advice (we are not allowed to) or respond to requests for specific technical information in areas related to financial planning (e.g. taxation, superannuation).
